The Non Ferrous Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy in production of bales of non ferrous metals to our vendors in America and Asia. Your proven supervisory and communications skills combined with a keen attention to detail will ensure the stringent quality protocols are maintained 

• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies
• Evaluates and oversees quality protocols for non ferrous metal recycling production
o Overseeing sorting and grading of incoming metal deliveries from suppliers and customers.
o Facilitating production efficiency and productivity while never accepting lower quality
o Monitoring team performance
o Works together with other Non Ferrous team members, planners, maintenance team, vendors and  transportation companies to assure production timelines and schedules
• Maintaining accurate shipping records and backup paperwork

 

• Attention to detail
• Experience with trucks or Heavy Machinery an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven people skills
• The ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs
• Class-5 drivers license with clean drivers abstract
• The ability to pass a criminal record check
